188.221.89.85 said: I made a couple of changes to BreezeII for compatibility with 10.50:

In skin.ini:
[info] section:
version=3 (note that this needs to be either 2 or 3 as a mandatory item)

[options] section:
Fallback background=1
(which was the really important one, if you don't have that the drop down search box below the address bar is transparent and hence you can't read anything....).

I also included a proper icon for TinyURL instead of it defaulting to the OpenLink one - though there are other ways of doing this anyway via bookmarked buttons.

Having done this, Breeze is excellent with 10.50, far better than all the others I had a look at.

If anybody wants this please contact me via the Opera community - PM davews

BurnOut426 said: "you might want to check out 'Advanced IMAP Controls'"

Already new about them, but was avoiding mentioning them (because of previous bugginess). But, changed my mind and added a section for it.

"You should add though that copying messages can also be achieved by dragging + holding *Ctrl*!"

Done

129.241.154.171 said: you might want to check out "Advanced IMAP Controls" for Gmail.

It is especially helpful if you don't like the archiving aspect (i.e. on removing all labels of a message you want it to be really gone instead of remaining in [G...]/All Mail).

That for you have to do the following (in the webinterface!):
- Activate "Advanced IMAP Controls" (Settings -> Labs)
- Uncheck "Show in IMAP" for [G...]/All Mail (Settings -> Labels)
- Go to Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP and select:
    Auto-Expunge
     "Do not automatically expunge messages"
When a message is expunged from the last visible IMAP folder:
"Move the message to the Trash"

Note: This will also work with Thunderbird since it takes effect right in Gmail rather than your client.

129.241.154.171 said: also I understand:
[Gmail]/Sent Mail (now: [Google Mail]/Sent Mail ??) is no distinct database like [G...]/Trash or [G...]/Spam. It seems to be part of [G...]/All Mail in the same way [G...]/Inbox is, i.e. there is the label "sent" for it! It is just not visible in the webinterface but you can use it in the search (e.g. "label:sent")
