WikiWord's are automatic links that are defined by:
e.g PageIndex, Opera7, BreezeSkin etc.
This formatting creates automatic links to pages in the wiki if they exist, or little question marks after the word (a DanglingLink) that allow an author to create a new page once the edited page is stored.
