Toolbar and Menu INI Creator

These tools is to easily edit and make a menu or toolbar ini file and preview(or keep) the results, by default it will save the file as default, to prevent this, make sure you add the file extensions ini to both mimetypes, like this.
application/x-opera-configuration-menu : ini
application/x-opera-configuration-toolbar: ini
The Reset button reinserts the template, while the preview lets you test(or keep) the file that you made.
The first dropdown are "constructors" to build up an action.
The second dropdown contains the AllActionsList .
Pressing the add button next to each, these can add more of the same command, when switching to another value in the dropdown , the value automatically gets added on change.
