[Start popup skin] screenshot
- Individual (outer) background for the Start bar
- Activate this bar in Tools - Appearance - Toolbars; appears with each new tab
- If no image or color defined in the [Start popup skin], you see here only Black color as background (no base)
- Note: in use to draw a border around/behind the [Start bar skin], therefor you need also to define the [Startbar skin] including a invisible border!

- Activate this bar in Tools - Appearance - Toolbars; appears with each new tab
- If no image or color defined in the [Startbar skin], you see here the [Start popup skin]
- Note: in use to draw the inner part of the Start bar, for a border you need also to define the [Start popup skin]!
- On the [Startbar skin] and [Start popup skin] you cannot have different paddings; only the [Startbar skin] accepts paddings and they affects also the [Start popup skin]
- For the screenshot the [Startbar skin] is drawn with 3px invisible image parts around the red center, and the [Start popup skin] have the color white with a 1px black border (Opera`s house- skinners complicated ways; not that easy to explain...)
