- Since Opera 9.2, background around the UNUSED thumbnails in speeddial
- In order to activate Speeddial, choose File - New tab
- Below you see first the [Speed Dial Thumbnail Widget Skin] on unused thumbs and then the [Speed Dial Thumbnail Widget Skin.selected] on used thumbs and if selected for configure
- If no image or color defined in the [Speed Dial Thumbnail Widget Skin], you see here the [Speed dial widget skin]

You can check with your local phone company; if you have cable (not tlirrbey likely in some rural parts of Texas), talk with them. Short of DSL or cable, you might consider getting a satellite hook-up if the higher speeds are really important to you.
