- Activate this bar in View - Toolbars or in Tools - Appearance - Toolbars
- If no image or color defined in the [Pagebar skin], you see here the [Browser window skin]
- There are individual section titles for the left and right Tab bar parts (see below)

- Activate these bars in Tools - Appearance - Toolbars by clicking the left or right Tab bar part (choose then the placement Top or Off; the other placement options are not in use here)
