- Since Opera 9.2, background for the speeddial help tooltip
- In order to activate Speeddial, choose File - New tab; the Help tooltip appears if you click `What is Speed Dial`
- Below you see the [Help Tooltip Skin] as well as the [Help Tooltip Close Button Skin]; please note, that the close button itselfs as well as the .hover-image are defined as childs in the section [Boxes] (the same as for the [Speed Dial Thumbnail Close Button Skin])
- If no image or color defined in the [Help Tooltip Skin], you see here `all the things behind` - full transparency
- If no image or color defined for the [Help Tooltip Close Button Skin], you see there [Help Tooltip Skin]
