- Included are here the `Message dialogs` (like `Close all tabs?`) and also the `Startup dialog`
- If no image or color defined in the [Dialog skin], you see here Black color as background (no base)
- Note: the [Dialog tab page skin] overrides the [Dialog skin] in common dialogs, but not the `Message dialogs`and not the `Startup dialog`
