[Caption button skin] screenshot
- The [Caption button skin] draws the Caption buttons on the Browser main toolbar (File, Edit, View...) at the right, if `Show close button n each tab` is disabled in Tools - Preferences - Advanced - Tabs
- On the top of the [Caption button skin] you see the image-childs for `Caption minimize=`, `Caption restore=` and `Caption close=` you find in [Boxes]
- If no image or color defined in the [Caption button skin], you see here the [Browser window skin]
- Here you cannot define Paddings, Margins or Spacing; the Caption buttons seems to have a fixed size of 16x16 px (?)
- Note: the only way to have some space between the Caption buttons is: to draw some invisible space into the images used
- Note also: the caption buttons view changes too if you use `Padding top=` or `Padding bottom=` inside the section [Menu button skin]
