- Background around the current page including the scrollbars
- The standard skin draws here 1px with Padding top/left/bottom/right
- If no image or color defined in the [Browser skin], you see here Black color as background (no base)
- In the screenshots the border is 2px wide in order to illustrate the thing

- Unfortunately you cannot move the scrollbar knob on the last pixel at the right or at the bottom if they are drawn with 1 px padding
- So it is recommended to set Padding right=0 and also Padding bottom=0 as in the screenshot below
- But it is possible that you loose then the border between scrollbars and other parts (in order to differ them) in your skin; therefor have a look in several places the scrollbars appears
- In that case you can add such a borderpixel inside the images in [Scrollbar vertical skin] and [Scrollbar horizontal skin]
