- Activate this bar in View - Toolbars or in Tools - Appearance - Toolbars
- If no image or color defined in the [Addressbar skin], you see here the [Window skin]
- If 'Show inside addressbar' is chosen for the Progress bar in Tools - Appearance - Toolbars, you see the [Progressbar skin] during page loading instead of the [Addressbar skin]
