The W3-dev Menu is an Opera 7 customisation for web developers, providing handy shortcuts to validate and check pages and some useful links to web standards and tutorials. The menu will insert a top level W3-dev menu when install- ed, not overriding the default Opera menus so it is Opera version 7.xx compatible. Highly recommended for web developers!
Rijk made some excellent minimalist menu and toolbars files to give a much less cluttered user interface for Opera. See Hugin and Munin for the full details.
This menu will locate itself at the top of the browser, and has some useful system-related items, such as Command shell, Device manager, System info, Event viewer, Shut down, etc. It also adds the Quick preferences menu. By studying the file, you will quickly learn to customize it to include your own tasks. For Windows XP.

Please give your file a descriptive name before you upload it, then add a descriptive section above. That way users can work out what it does. To download, rightclick on a link and choose "Save Target As...". See FileTest for more information on the syntax if you want to reference files within the wiki page.
