Just some info: although the wiki can create names using UTF8 (See ØýêTeßær for more) - it cannot handle such pages always properly. For example the PageIndex does not understand the Cyrillic А and so places it in a # section - this is because MySQL returns unicode characters out of an alphabetical order. And non-ascii named pages are not always automatically linked to! So you can create Cyrillic named wiki pages but just be aware not all wiki functions support them... If anyone is a good PHP/MySQL hacker they are welcome to help changing the code.
